1. We do not  accept "rush orders." We must be contacted at least 3 months prior to due date.



2.  Commissions are completed in order of their due date.  This means that an item due in March will be completed before an item due in June. 



3. We welcome any thoughts or ideas you may wish to provide while placing a commission with us. It's for YOU, so it should reflect what you would like. We strive for quality and accuracy on all pieces. That being said, we reserve the right to artistic freedom and may not be able to fulfill certain suggestions or requests due to construction constraints or materials.



4. Be aware that in order to place a commission, that we will require your full contact info and age for legal requirements. If you are under 18, we will also require a legal guardian's/parent's approval and contact. Information required includes your full name, shipping/home address, phone #, and your email address. We will not start on any products without this required information. All information is for commissioning purposes only, and will NOT be released to a third party.



5. When commissioned, half of the payment is due in order to begin the process of buying materials and beginning. Once payment has been given (and cleared), we will then begin. We will be posting and emailing you progress shots. Upon completion, We will send you the completed shots of the item. The rest of the payment for the item will be sent. Once paid and cleared, we will ship the item to you.  Down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE except during extreme circumstances.  (Changing your mind is NOT an extreme circumstance.) 



6. We accept Money Orders or Paypal. If you use Paypal, the 2.9% transaction fee will be calculated into your full total.  Do NOT mark as a Personal Transaction.



7. Each commission will be completed 2 weeks before the deadline at the latest. This will ensure that the item will reach you in plenty of time. If you would like the item sooner, you must specify such BEFORE placing your down payment.



8. All sales are final.



9. We use USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex for shipping. All packages will be shipped with a tracking number. You can purchase insurance or express mail if you wish. Be aware that shipping IS expensive when it comes to props, wigs, and international orders. The heavier, larger, or oddly shaped the product, the more it will cost to ship.



10. We package everything as neatly and tightly as possible to make sure it is delivered safely. In the event that the item is damaged in shipping, we will repair it for free. In the event the item is damaged during wearing, we will review on a case-by-case basis as to if the cause is based on construction faults or a similar issue. (Example - Doing cartwheels while wearing a commissioned piece which results in breaking/tearing the piece is NOT a valid damage). Please be aware that if an item needs to be shipped back for repairs, it will require additional time for the delivery, repair, and reshipment back to you.

11. All wigs come on a wig head.



12. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to enter a commissioned piece in a Craftsmanship Contest. You CAN NOT claim that you made the commissioned item. Any customer who breaks this policy will not be allowed to place any further commissions.

13. Payment is due at completion of the product. That said, we will always work with you if you are experiencing payment issues. However - if the commission is not paid in full by 30 days after notice of completion, it will be treated as 'abandoned'. The item will become the property of Reanimated, and will be resold with NO REFUND to the client.


14. We have a right to display any commissioned item in our gallery or portfolio for advertisement and archival reasons.


15. Do not contact us about re-creating items from the "Homestuck" genre. We cannot fulfill the request, per the creators' wishes.
